VII Prêmio Cazumbá de Turismo

Na edição do VII Prêmio Cazumbá de Turismo e Cultura promovido pelo renomado jornalista Reginaldo Cazumbá, a Prefeitura de São Luís, por meio da Secretaria Municipal de Turismo  foi contemplada com cinco estatuetas:

1. Mirante da Cidade
2. Roteiro Quilombo Cultural de São Luís
3. Prefeitura Amiga do Turismo
4. DTI São Luís
5. Melhor Secretário Municipal de Turismo

Um grande e enorme reconhecimento do trabalho desenvolvido pela equipe da Secretaria Municipal de Turismo de São Luís que ao longo de 2023 desempenhou diversas ações que foram reconhecidas pelo público.

In the edition of the VII Prêmio Cazumbá de Turismo e Cultura promoted by renowned journalist Reginaldo Cazumbá, the City of São Luís, through the Municipal Secretariat of Tourism, was awarded five statuettes:

4. DTI São Luís
5. Melhor Secretário Municipal de Turismo

A great and enormous recognition of the work carried out by the team from the São Luís Municipal Tourism Secretariat, which throughout 2023 carried out several actions that were recognized by the public.

Prêmio Nacional de Turismo

​A Prefeitura de São Luís conquistou o 1º lugar na categoria “Valorização do Patrimônio Cultural no Turismo” do Prêmio Nacional de Turismo com o Roteiro Quilombo Cultural de São Luís.

​Promovida pelo Ministério do Turismo, a premiação foi concedida na 7ª edição do Salão Nacional do Turismo, no dia 16 de dezembro, no estádio Mané Garrincha, em Brasília (DF), e destaca o compromisso da Secretaria Municipal de Turismo com o afroturismo e turismo de experiência, promovendo a valorização da identidade e ancestralidade.

​Idealizado em 2021 pela Prefeitura de São Luís, por meio da Secretaria Municipal de Turismo, o Roteiro Quilombo Cultural é realizado no maior Quilombo Urbano da América Latina, que compreende os bairros: Camboa, Liberdade, Fé em Deus e Diamante.

​The São Luís City Hall achieved the 1st place in the category "Cultural Heritage Appreciation in Tourism" at the National Tourism Award with the Cultural Quilombo Route of São Luís.

​Organized by the Ministry of Tourism, the award was presented at the 7th edition of the National Tourism Salon on December 16th, at the Mané Garrincha stadium in Brasília (DF). It highlights the commitment of the Municipal Secretary of Tourism to Afro-tourism and experiential tourism, promoting the appreciation of identity and ancestry.

​Conceived in 2021 by the São Luís City Hall, through the Municipal Secretary of Tourism, the Cultural Quilombo Route takes place in the largest Urban Quilombo in Latin America, encompassing the neighborhoods of Camboa, Liberdade, Fé em Deus, and Diamante.

Prêmio Nobre 2023

​A Setur São Luís foi homenageada na 17ª Edição do Prêmio Nobre 2023, como destaque do ano.

Este é mais um reconhecimento das ações da Prefeitura de São Luís, que através da Secretaria Municipal de Turismo, vem consolidando a nossa cidade como um dos principais destinos turísticos do Brasil!

​Setur São Luís was honored at the 17th edition of the Nobre Award 2023, as the highlight of the year.

​This is another recognition of the actions of the São Luís City Hall, which, through the Municipal Secretary of Tourism, is consolidating our city as one of the main tourist destinations in Brazil!

Prêmio The Best

No dia 15 de dezembro de 2023 o secretário Saulo Santos recebeu o prêmio na categoria Turismo na 36ª edição do The Best promovido pelo jornalista Nedilson Machado.

On December 15, 2023, secretary Saulo Santos received the award in the Tourism category at the 36th edition of The Best promoted by journalist Nedilson Machado.

Prêmio Cazumbá de Turismo e Cultura

O prêmio é promovido pelo Jornalista Reginaldo Cazumbá, e na edição de 2022, a Prefeitura de São Luís, por meio da Secretaria Municipal de Turismo concorreu a diversas categorias, sendo contemplada em:

a. Prefeitura Amiga do Turismo em 2022 (Prefeitura de São Luís)

b. Destino Destaque (São Luís)

c. Destaque - Administrador Empreendedor (Prefeito Eduardo Braide)

d. Destaque - Personalidade do Turismo em 2022 (Secretário Saulo Santos)

The award is promoted by the journalist Reginaldo Cazumbá, and in the 2022 edition, the City Hall of São Luís, through the Municipal Secretary of Tourism, competed for several categories, being contemplated in:

a. The City Hall Friend of Tourism in 2022 (São Luís City Hall)

b. Featured Destination (São Luís)

c. Highlight - Entrepreneur Administrator (Mayor Eduardo Braide)

d. Highlight - Tourism Personality in 2022 (Secretary Saulo Santos)

Prêmio BRAZTOA de Sustentabilidade 2022/23

A premiação, promovida pela Associação Brasileira das Operadoras de Turismo com apoio do Ministério do Turismo, contemplou 10 vencedores (em homenagem aos 10 anos do Prêmio), além de conferir três menções honrosas.

Os principais premiados contemplaram desafios do mercado turístico agregando soluções sustentáveis e pensamento coletivo. Na categoria Parceiros Institucionais, foram reconhecidas três iniciativas: o Roteiro Quilombo Cultural de São Luís (MA), que valoriza a memória quilombola.

The award promoted by the Brazilian Association of Tour Operators with the support of the Ministry of Tourism, included 10 winners (in honor of the 10th anniversary of the Award), in addition to granting three honorable mentions.

The main winners considered the challenges of the tourism market, adding sustainable solutions and collective thinking. In the Institutional Partners category, three initiatives were recognized: the Quilombo Cultural Tour of São Luís (MA), which values quilombola memory.

Prêmio SKAL International Sustainable Tourism Awards

A Prefeitura de São Luís, por meio da Secretaria Municipal de Turismo, concorreu e conquistou a 3ª colocação na categoria de ‘Projetos Comunitários e Governamentais’ com a Campanha Eu Amo São Luís.

A premiação elege produtos e projetos que estão alinhados com o turismo sustentável em nível global. 

The Municipality of São Luís, through the Municipal Secretaria of Tourism, competed and won the 3rd place in the category of 'Community and Governmental Projects' with the Eu Amo São Luís Campaign.

The award elects products and projects that are aligned with sustainable tourism at a global level.

Prêmio Nacional da ABBTUR - Mérito & Talento 2021

O secretário municipal de turismo, Saulo Santos, foi indicado e venceu na categoria Gestão Pública no setor do turismo. A cerimônia ocorreu de forma virtual e São Luís (MA) disputou com Balneário do Camboriú (SC) e Presidente Epitácio (SP).

The municipal secretary of tourism, Saulo Santos, was nominated and won in the Public Management category in the tourism sector. The ceremony took place virtually and São Luís (MA) competed with Balneário do Camboriú (SC) and Presidente Epitácio (SP).

A Prefeitura de São Luís, por meio da Setur, foi homenageada durante o Prêmio Nobre 2021 de Credibilidade + Mérito + Sucesso.

Desafio Turistech Brasil

O Wakaluahub anunciou os finalistas do Desafio Turistech Brasil e o projeto 'São Luís: turismo em suas mãos' ficou entre os 8 finalistas do Brasil! 📲🇧🇷 Foram inscritos 351 projetos de 24 Estados do país. 

'São Luís: turismo em suas mãos' é um projeto elaborado e desenvolvido pela Setur que propõe aproximar o turista dos atrativos históricos, culturais e naturais da cidade de São Luís/Maranhão, através do sistema QR Code que dá acesso direto ao site do destino São Luís (www.turismosaoluis.com.br). Os adesivos com o QR Code são distribuídos para os estabelecimentos como hotéis, restaurantes, bares, agências de viagem e turismo receptivo. 🏨🧳✈️

Wakaluahub announced the finalists of the Turistech Brasil Challenge and the project 'São Luís: Turismo em suas mãos' was among the 8 finalists in Brazil! 📲🇧🇷 351 projects from 24 states in the country were registered.

'São Luís: Turismo em suas mãos' is a project designed and developed by Setur that proposes to bring tourists closer to the historical, cultural, and natural attractions of the city of São Luís/Maranhão, through the QR Code system that gives direct access to the destination website São Luís (www.turismosaoluis.com.br). Stickers with the QR Code are distributed to establishments such as hotels, restaurants, bars, travel agencies, and receptive tourism. 🏨 ✈️

Prêmio Darcy Ribeiro

O Museu da Gastronomia Maranhense, equipamento cultural da Prefeitura de São Luís ligado à Secretaria Municipal de Turismo (Setur), foi um dos vencedores da 8ª edição do Prêmio Darcy Ribeiro, organizado pelo Instituto Brasileiro de Museus (Ibram), com o projeto ‘Acessibilidade Universal e Tecnologia no Museu da Gastronomia Maranhense’. A iniciativa foi escolhida por destacar a inclusão aliada aos meios tecnológicos.

The Museu da Gastronomia Maranhense, a cultural facility of the São Luís City Hall linked to the Secretaria Municipal de Turismo (Setur), was one of the winners of the 8th edition of the Darcy Ribeiro Award, organized by the Instituto Brasileiro de Museus (Ibram), with the project "Acessibilidade Universal e Tecnologia no Museu da Gastronomia Maranhense". The initiative was chosen for highlighting inclusion combined with technological means.
